PerSonal Transformation

The body holds stories long after the mind has moved on. In this six-part series, we’ll explore the intimate relationship between trauma, emotion, the nervous system, and the physical body—and how the experiences we carry can quietly shape the way we feel, respond, and move through life. Together, we’ll begin to listen more deeply to the body’s language, creating space for awareness, release, and a return to wholeness. Because the body is always speaking. Healing begins when we learn to listen.

Where Do Emotions Live?

Trauma & Nervous System—

The Nervous System, Trauma & Where Emotions Live. In this first episode, we explore the nervous system, trauma, and the ways emotional experiences can leave imprints in the body. We’ll begin to understand why the body may respond long after the mind has moved on—and how learning to listen inward can reveal what the body is trying to communicate and when we do we become aware of our choices.

Guilt & Shame —

Guilt and shame can leave imprints long after an experience has passed. In this episode, we explore how these emotions live in the body, shape the nervous system, and influence how we see ourselves. Through awareness and compassion, we begin to release what we no longer need to carry—and return to a deeper sense of wholeness.

Grief & Loss —

Grief isn't only about losing someone we love. We can grieve relationships, dreams, versions of ourselves, and futures we once imagined. In Episode 3 of Where the Body Remembers, we explore how grief can quietly live in the body—and how acknowledging what we've lost can become part of healing.

Rejection, Abandonment, Loneliness &

Self Worth

When we feel unseen, unwanted, left behind, or disconnected, we may begin to question our own worth. This episode explores how those experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, the relationships we create, and the ways we protect our hearts—and what it means to begin reclaiming the belief that our worth was never determined by who chose us, who left us, or who failed to see us..

Anger, Fear, & Resentment —

Because what we bury doesn’t always disappear. Sometimes, the body remembers. If you’ve ever wondered why an old hurt can still feel so present, this conversation is for you. Watch Episode 5 and join us as we explore what anger, fear, and resentment may be asking us to finally acknowledge—and release. Watch now. Your body may be telling a story that deserves to be heard.

The Unexpressed Voice-

In this sixth and final episode of Where the Body Remembers, we explore the unexpressed voice—how our experiences can influence our relationship with truth, creativity, and self-expression, and how the body may carry the weight of what we never felt safe enough to say. Through personal reflection and the wisdom of the chakra system, we'll explore what it means to reclaim your voice, honor your truth, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you've kept hidden. Because finding your voice isn't simply about learning to speak. It's about giving yourself permission to be fully seen.
